Returns and Refunds
We accept refunds and returns for defective and non-defective products
We accept returns for 30 days from the time the customer receives the Items.
To complete your return, we require your order number.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
If the item is lost due to an invalid address provided by the client, we are not responsible and do not offer refunds.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card. This refund will take time, depending on your card issuer.

Shipping
Place items in a box with email confirmation or original receipt and a note detailing what you would like us to do to remedy your situation. We cannot process an exchange or refund without your receipt.
